Easy 60 -Day Returns

We're committed to your total satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can get a full refund of the product price and any associated tax, within 60 business days of receipt of the item(s). To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. The reason for returns caused by yourself (eg, size, color you choose), cannot be accepted. Shipping Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued.  personalized items are not returnable. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.

Refunds

If you’d like a refund, these will be given at the original purchase price (excluding initial delivery charge) and made to your original method of payment.

ALL refunds will be processed within 15 working days. Once your Order has been refunded you will receive notification via email.


Exchanges

Got the wrong size? Picked the wrong colour? Don’t worry, you can exchange for something else by filling out the exchange section of our returns form and sending everything back by post, or returning your order to store if the replacement product is in stock. If there’s a price difference between what you purchased originally and the exchange product, we’ll either refund the difference

Making a Return

1. Complete the return form included in your order by filling in the code that best explains your reason for return and the quantity of items you are returning.
2. Tear off the bottom portion of the form and include it in your shipping box along with the items you wish to return. Please remember that the bottom portion of the form must be enclosed with merchandise.
3. Your refund will be processed within 15 business days upon receipt.
